UA Cinemas Year-round Offers General Terms and Conditions:

Unless otherwise specified, the offers apply to cardholders who settle any related payments to UA Cinemas in full with a BEA Credit Card.
2.
The offers apply at all UA Cinemas outlets in Hong Kong.
3.
No person other than the Customer or The Bank of East Asia, Limited ("BEA") will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
4.
BEA makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information (including the price of movie tickets) provided by UA Cinemas. BEA shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by UA Cinemas. Cardholders should direct any queries or complaints (including those regarding the price of movie tickets) to UA Cinemas.
5.
BEA and UA Cinemas reserve the sole right to vary or cancel the offers and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA and UA Cinemas shall be final and conclusive.
UA Cinemas Movie Ticket Discount Terms and Conditions:
1.
UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Cardholders can enjoy the discount at the box office only.
2.
The discount does not apply to preview shows, special shows, movies that have a special engagement with the film distributors, bulk purchases, or house bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3.
The discounted ticket prices will be rounded up to the nearest Hong Kong dollar. The minimum discounted ticket price is HK$45 (2D movie ticket)/HK$60 (3D movie ticket)/HK$70 (IMAX 2D, Atmos 2D, and D-BOX 2D version movie tickets)/HK$80 (IMAX 3D, Atmos 3D, and D-BOX 3D version movie tickets).
4.
The discount does not apply to the service charge for orders made via website or mobile application.
