If you purchased tickets before the hoisting of Typhoon Signal 8, 9, 10 or black rainstorm signal and cannot make it to your show, UA Cinemas have a special arrangement, you can go to the respective cinema directly to exchange the raincheck voucher within 2 days after the typhoon date. The voucher is for a ticket to the same cinema and valid for 2 weeks. Besides, you can directly call respective UA Cinema for arrangement or call UA Customer Service Hotline at 3918-5888 for further enquiry. Thank you.
